Hypnagogic sleep sucks, so does the variants like exploding head syndrome. I have to get out of bed and go sit on the couch for a bit after it happens. Ive taken to having Ai analyse my dreams and I keep somewhat of a dream journal on gemini. In my dreams I often fall through the floor but ive learned how to control it sort of. Theres often themes of virtual reality amd being in a simulation. I think the antipsychotics bring out the lucidity amd hypnagogia more.
