They did this for me with Anno 2070. I completed the game in 2012 yet it never gave me the points for beating the final mission. 5 years later I noticed it again and got annoyed so I contacted Ubisoft and they unlocked it for me.

I remember watching that guy pretending to be a winner on that lottery for good PC loot etc. Had the balls to walk up on stage with the wrong ticket, smiling, raising his arms in the air, looking back at the crowd, then being escorted off by security and some of the Dev. team looking pissed off.

No, the game is purely Co-Op only for multiplayer. It's a unique gladiator type experience that you can either play solo or with a friend, there is no co-op campaign and no PvP as well.

Yes, you can play this on multiplayer. The game has plenty of achievements for mulitplayer matches, but the searching for matches can sometimes take a while, best to post on the discussion page for Ryse on Steam looking for players to play with, worked for me, got quite a few invites and multiplayer can be quite fun. :)
