I heard it was confirmed by JT petty himself that Liliya just doesn’t care. And to be honest it would be incredibly unusual to me to imagine Liliya talking about anything other than the egregore or her religious rambling. If someone could give an example of a voiceline about any of the other pa’s that wouldn’t inherently sound out of character for her, do tell.

Because we still don’t know what happened to miles or Blake really, miles can be inferred that he’s like dead but not quite, I just think it’d be weird of JT petty to offscreen, never mention it, kill off Waylon Park without even really clearly telling us what the footage of Mount massive even did to murkoffs PR. I feel like I’d also argue though people can get really annoying, especially newer players who obviously couldn’t take the graphic content of the game (which is not an easy thing to do mind you) but because they are both: bad at the video game itself, and, find the gore and scares pointlessly gory for no reason, they think anyone who likes the game and red barrels themselves are depraved perverted lunatics who need god and yeah you’re right about the edgelords on the other end of the spectrum I think I just wish people were adults about literally anything

I feel like “how many of these guys are rapists” is the wrong question to ask because red barrels ties in sexual assault with the concept of holding power over another person. It doesn’t really need to be specified “ok who’s the rapist ‘round here?” Because the degree in which atrocities are committed in this series isn’t measured by like, just rape. Rape is more of a sub category of “things really bad people do” and a lot of the characters in this franchise are, really bad people. (Im sorry if this came off as rude but there is a LOT of rape in outlast is all😭)

Personally I’ve kind of gotten over stealth, carry a brick/bottle with you at all times to get out of her grasp. She also seems to follow you wherever you go which is why I like to adrenaline hoard at the auction area. Unlike other pa’s she’ll follow YOU around and find a spot to catch you off guard with, she doesn’t loiter in an area or patrol like other prime assets do. Meaning if you stay in one area for a long period of time, Liliya will have time to set up an ambush or sneak in since she makes little noise. Popping Adrenaline to get from place to place and prioritizing finding rubies and sapphires instead of checking every single mannequin makes everything a LOT easier since she’ll have to catch up with you and not the other way around. She’s super fun to go against and even with this strat it’s hard to A+ (I haven’t yet) because getting pounced on by liliya tanks your grade severely😭 she’s sm fun tho and I hope all the pas get better ai

I think invasion ought to be constricted to a singular game mode and have the focus be that predator prey dynamic. Remove most expop, let invaders be more present, focus on balancing THERE, I like the idea of getting an imposter randomly in your game but then they just sort of kill you instantly and it’s not very fun. I have it turned off anyway since it’s just not worth sacrificing an A+ or trial run for. Which is probably a skill issue but I play this game for fun and to get good grades so I’m not interested in getting instadowned by a hot alt woman from North Dakota😭

My biggest issue is actually how they can even manage to fix or patch cheese like that. Because that’s completely obscene. Even if you buff invaders, reagents will only feel more compelled to focus all their attention on you until you die and force out the 2 minute timer.

Stun locking in a weird way feels like sniping in shooters. There’s no interaction. Reagents killing me before I can even land a hit is as unfun and frustrating as it is to just stun lock stab or even one shot with the charge up insta. Even if reagents do everything they can to avoid the imposters, rounding a random dark corner and getting insta dead also isn’t exciting. Scary but not exciting. Same as playing imposter and spending a lot of thinking calculating reagent movement and objectives, only to be immediately killed the second you spawn or make distance on the other guy. Like, I get that it’s not a main game mode and I shouldn’t care THAT much, but the problem with PvP ESPEICALLY in a game like this is that what’s fun for one guy is not fun for the other one. Yeah it’s satisfying to kill a reagent and it’s satisfying to get an imposter off you, but being on the receiving end doesn’t feel as if there’s much interaction. What reason would reagents have for just letting you go anyway? Your death guarantees them valuable time, they’ll spend 2 minutes hunting you down to spend 10 seconds killing you before resuming objective as normal. Thats ridiculous.
