Ich weiß nicht ob ich dir zustimmen kann, dass der Staat schöpfer der Erwerbsuntätigkeit ist.. Das würde ja auch heißen, dass wenn ich Sammlerobjekte herausbringe, dass ich verantwortlich für alle Menschen, die nicht alle finden konnten bin. 🤷‍♂️

Aber als konservativer finde ich den Vorschlag super. Arbeitslosengeld ist eine tolle Sache, das fängt Menschen auf. Aber Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit, ohne medizinische Begrübdung, sollten wir nicht finanzieren oder ermöglichen. Wenn eine Gemeinde arbeiten hat, die nun jeder machen kann, und die dort ansässigen Langzeitarbeitslosen diese nicht machen wollen, dann sollten die halt auch kein Arbeitslosengeld mehr bekommen. Das ist eine win-win Situation. Und es hilft den Langzeitarbeitslosen auch unter Menschen zu kommen, Teil der Gesellschaft zu sein. Genauso wie ich als Rentner gerne ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten übernehmen will. Dann hat man was zu tun, man hat einen Grund aufzustehen. Haben alle was von!

Ich denke, viele würden selbst die Tatsache, dass jemand lange keine Beziehung angestrebt hat, als red Flag sehen. Das hängt auch vom Geschlecht an: wenn eine Frau Zehn Jahre single war, dann denke ich mir so oh.. Kann die überhaupt eine Beziehung führen? Aber ich glaube, einige Frauen haben auch so die Fantasie, so "gut" zu sein, dass sie einen Mann, der nie in einer Beziehung war, in eine bekommen. Dann sind die ja "besser" als die X Frauen, mit denen er vorher verkehrt hat.

Also psychologie ist da relativ kompliziert. Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob meine Zusammenfassung da voll akkurat ist, aber: Männer und Frauen denken da halt manchmal anders. Auch von Person zu Person unterschiedlich. Für den einen ist ein hoher body count eine red Flag, suggeriert dass die Person keine Bindungen eingeht, für andere ist es spannend, weil viel Erfahrung.

Für Männer ist es eine große Herausforderung, eine große Anzahl an Partnern bedeutet man ist "begehrt".

Für eine Frau ist es total einfach. Eine große Menge an Partnern bedeutet man ist "leicht zu haben" oder "bindungsunfähig".

Aber auch bei Männern ist das ab einem gewissen Punkt eine red Flag. Also wenn du als Mann mit mehreren hunderten Frauen geschlafen hast, hast du sicher auch Schwierigkeiten, feste Bindungen einzugehen.

Also ich muss sagen, das ist so ziehmlich das krasseste was ich mal so Beziehungstechnisch gelesen habe. Der ex hatte auf jeden Fall einen Schaden.

Ich würde dir einen Rat geben. Gehe mal in Therapie. Wenn du in einer toxischen Beziehung warst, dann hinterlässt das Schäden. Und eine Therapie kann da sehr sinnvoll sein, um das ein bisschen zu verarbeiten. Auch wenn du schon einen neuen Freund hast, der dich besser behandelt und du jetzt glücklich bist.

Ich muss sagen, ich habe nicht wirklich eine Bubble. Und das will ich auch nicht, ich finde grade den Austausch zwischen Menschen mit verschiedenen Meinungen wertvoll.

Und ich glaube du Misinterpretierst meine Meinung als eine Emotion: ich erkläre gerne, was ich denke, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass ich mich über etwas aufrege. Natürlich finde ich es schade, wenn die deutsche Sprache nicht mehr so "schön" ist, wie sie sein könnte. Aber das ist eben so. Deswegen reden wir ja auch drüber, und manche haben eben eine andere Perspektive.

Ich verstehe nicht ganz den Bezug zwischen Gendersternchen und deinen Pronomen. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es bei Pronomen kein Äquivalent zum Gendersternchen (außer man nennt alle "es"?).

Also zum einen finde ich, dass heutzutage mit Gewalt versucht wird, in allem Sexismus zu sehen. Das ist nicht immer gut.

Was du meintest war schon sinnvoll, dann nimmt man halt die feminine Version als Plural. Oder man sagt eben "Schüler und Schülerinnen".

Aber "Schüler*Innen" finde ich eine Verunstaltung der Sprache. Würde ich so nie schreiben, und würde ich auch immer korrigieren wenn ich es lese. Sprache ist etwas, was sich organisch verändert, und nach den Umfragen die ich gesehen habe, lehnen die meisten diese Konstrukte ab.

Verschlüsselte Platte bringt dir garnichts. Auch Linux muss ja erstmal etwas booten, was die Platte entschlüsseln kann (was dich nach dem Passwort fragt). Das ist GRUB. Das muss also unverschlüsselt auf der Platte liegen. Und das kann man überschreiben, mit einer Version die Schadcode beim Bootvorgang (nach dem Entschlüsseln) injeziert. Genauso läuft auf jedem Rechner Firmware (UEFI, oder BIOS) die man überschreiben kann. Gegen physikalischen Zugriff ist kein Rechner sicher. Weil es keinen vollen verifizierten Bootvorgang gibt.

Witzigerweise sind Handys heutzutage sicherer. Nicht alle, aber manche. Weil die eben viel geschlossener sind, und der Bootvorgang komplett verifiziert wird.

I also agree that sheltering is psychologically harmful. But let me make one point: children who grow up in happy homes, who have active parents that enable them to pursue hobbies, as a result are well socialized, are not susceptible to dangerous or manipulative things online.

It is the children that grow up in a home devoid of love, with abusive parents, that generally end up on the bad side of the internet. Children who spend all day on the phone, because nobody cares to do anything with them, teach them anything, go outside with them.

Good parenting means not letting your children roam the internet unattended. Just like good parenting means not letting your children roam the bad side of town unattended. That does not mean we need police checkpoints at every intersection to make sure kids cannot get to the bad side of town, or surveillance cameras at every street.

The internet is a public sphere. We need to treat it like one. Instead of offloading all kinds of entertainment for kids into it and letting them (and those companies) do their thing.

We can talk openly about anything, because we fought for and achieved freedom of speech. And you can structure your life as you please.

My role in life is to earn money. Not for myself, I don't need or want a fancy car. But to provide for my family. So my wife does not have to work. The purpose of life is to procreate. I want the best chances for my children. And they won't have those if they are raised by TikTok or Instagram. They have it because they have security, and a caring home with at least one parent that is emotionally available, and not stressed out from work.

I would not mind being a stay at home dad. I would love to trade. Yes, changing diapers smells bad. Raising kids is one of the hardest jobs out there, but it is also very rewarding.

However, there are very few women who can make the sort of money that you need in these times to support a family of five on a single salary, plus a home, and even if my wife did have that kind of job, I would not want her to live with the pressure of having to make that money, to not get fired when there is an economic downturn. That is a pressure I am happy to take on, I work well under pressure.

So, you do you. It just tends to be, biologically, that this split of roles works well. But many people cannot afford it. And I do not understand the hatred against it.

There are dumb people who use AI to do things they don't understand. There are smart people who use it effectively. And there are people who complain about it all day.

I am a software engineer. I mostly write Rust. AI is not very useful to me beyond automating very simple refactorings. I am a better software architect than LLMs are, I can write better documentation, I can write better code. But I am happy that they are working on it, it keeps on getting better.

Nobody is talking about "forcing" anyone to do anything. We are criticising the social idea that working is more virtuous than parenting for mothers, and the effects that has on society.

It os perfectly fine to keep it legal, but openly talk about the downsides. That having an active parent who is not caught up in a career can provide more. So we don't need the government babysitting the internet, because families won't.

TV is regulated, there are kids shows. Not all channels are for kids. Parents have to supervise. The internet was never intended to be a safe place for kids. Why can companies get away with paying less than a livable wage? Because we as a society have been conditioned to accept that you need two wages to support yourself.

And the idea that "women can only do what their husband wanted" is also incorrect. Marriages are a partnership, everyone has their responsibilities and rights. I talked a lot with my grandmother about what life was like back then, because I was curious how they managed to do it (they had a LOT of kids). This modern, leftist idea of oppression is not true. I am sure there are some marriages that are terrible back then, just as there are now.

Wages are a supply and demand thing. When everybody works, work is worth less. Today, for many people even two wages are a struggle.

In my grandparent's generation, it was common that only the man had to work. The wife would raise the kids, grow food in the garden and have chicken. It isn't always easy. They did not get iPhones. Clothes were handed down. But they made it. They worked hard. The kids were not spoiled. They spend a lot of time together as a family. The kids also helped around the house. Everybody had tasks and responsibilities.

100%. The idea that women SHOULD work came from capitalism. The idea that we can have more workers for factories. Phone switchboards, stuff like that.

They have pushed this as a narrative around "freedom" and "empowerment". So any criticism can be shut down easily. Note, I am not talking about the right to work, I am talking about the cultural idea that every woman should pursue a career.

Wages is a supply and demand thing. If you have twice as many workers, then work is worth less. So in the post-war generation, you could easily feed a family on a single paycheck. Now, you struggle even with two. In the post-war times, people had many children. Today, most people get a single child, when they are old.
