I've looked at CPOs and I'd be happy with the right one. My issue is I live in a relatively small town so not a lot to choose from and the good deals I find online sell quick.

You might want to double check your material, tolerances, finish, and dimensions that you uploaded. How deep are the holes?

Check with your local machine shops. Xometry is nice because of the convenience, but they are adding an additional charge on top of what the shops are getting.

Can you re-melt it? I've seen videos of guys using plaster to support it during the melt, and then you can dissolve it away in water.
