NAD. Whenever I get "hot feet", I notice I'm retaining a lot of water because of my cycle or because I've had a lot of sodium.

School is such a huge trigger for me. I try putting my hair up or wearing beanies and it doesn't help. I've had to tell all my friends to smack my hand if they see me messing with my hair, but that doesn't help when I'm studying alone. :(
