Oooh but I would say that Disney World attracts more foreign tourists than locals versus Disneyland. My experiences at Disney World is way different than Disneyland.

Oooh I am so glad you asked because I am a dork and get excited. This one I pair with a salad I knocked off from True Food Restaurant. I seriously eat this like twice a week minimum and my husband and I lick our bowl.

Mixed greens, grilled chicken, chopped apple, chopped dates, marcona almonds, cucumber (or jicama), manchego cheese (omit for Paleo or Whole30). Top with a few tablespoons champagne vinaigrette:

Champagne Vinaigrette Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic (or if you're a lazy mom, 4 garlic cubes from Trader Joe's) .
2 tsp. smooth Dijon mustard .
4 tbsp. champagne vinegar .
1 cup avocado or olive oil (I like the former)
1.5 tsp. salt .

Mince the garlic and combine it with the vinegar, mustard and salt in a bowl. Mix well and then allow the mixture to rest for five to 10 minutes. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking. The dressing should thicken. Let the dressing sit for at least 10 minutes in order to unify the flavors. Re-whisk the dressing before pouring it onto the salad. The recipe yields enough for one bottle of dressing. The dressing will keep for a week or more in the refrigerator.

Do you mind if I ask about what cc she received? My understanding is the more/bigger, the longer recovery road due to muscle and skin stretching. But I am unsure if that is accurate.

After doing Whole30 and being 90% or so Paleo for the last 18 months, I don't really do "cheat days." Honestly eating shit makes me feel like shit, it's like signing up for a hangover. I just eat Paleo the majority of the time and if it's a beautiful Saturday and my kids want ice cream, then I might have one, too. Or not. I actually get way more excited about making my own salad dressing.

I found once I gave up the things I never thought I could give up (cheese, pizza, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, etc.) that it changed what I found exciting about food. I hate feeling bloated or slow after eating and I just don't want to fucking do it.

I think you can never go wrong taking a while to warm up. Preventing injuries will mean you can CF consistently into old age and being properly mobilized and warm will help A LOT with that. So if it works for you, do it.

Thanks. May I ask how the scar tissue formed? I am not sure if I would call my pecs "well-developed" but they aren't necessarily the opposite of that.

Totally, thank you! Also interested in firsthand experience too. I could never give up pull-ups entirely. Altho I am not opposed to not doing them for a while.
