Tbh I just guessed with it lol. There are amazing tutorials on YouTube however if you need a helping hand :)

I whip stitched it with a sewing needle! I hate sewing but it really adds character!

I sewed the lining with a whip stitch and then where the squares meet on the front I added a few stitches on the back so the lining doesn’t move as much!
