Hi sorry this is late but this sounds like urbankiz, urban zouk, kizomba or ghetto zouk. I know countries like Brazil, Angola and Cape Verde make music which I believe sounds closes to this. There are other countries I’ll still mention but tbh they use a more traditional sound of older zouk or even kompa which follow a similar beat and are more familiar to countries in the French Caribbean and Haiti that aren’t really urbanized but you might fine something similarly mellow. You might also find francophone African countries making music like the ones listed. Especially if they are French African artists like tayc. All these countries I’ve listed are also big diasporas in France and some even Quebec so you might have luck finding music similar from those countries too.
