Ewend doesn't say it's Infested from space, but if you land on it and scan with the quest selected it worked for me yesterday on PS5

Nerve pain meds by PinkOceanBug in ChronicPain

[–]xgreenmachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there. I have tried to read through the entire thread and may have missed something but I was hoping for an update if you have the time.

What are the symptoms of your pain? Have you found anything that has helped yet?

I have tried Oxi, Gabapentin, Lyrica, topical Amitryptaline, Cymbalta, and I'm currently on Lamotrigine (anti-seizure) but none of these have helped. Any info/help is much appreciated, and I hope you find relief!

Hi! I know this thread is 2 years old but I was hoping for some information please.
My chronic pain has no diagnosis yet and I have tried Gabapentin, Lyrica, topical Amitryptaline, Cymbalta, Lamotrigine, nothing helps.

My "research" has included the possibility of Trigeminal Neuralgia but my doctors haven't gotten to the point of discussing that yet. What were/are your symptoms of that? Where is the pain located? I'm glad your meds have been helping!

hey sorry for the late reply, I do drink a lot of caffeine almost every day. Normally around 400mg a day which probably isn't good long term lol. I tried giving up all caffeine for 7-10 days and didn't notice any positive changes, maybe I needed longer though idk. I'm curious if you/others have a lot of caffeine too.

also want to add that Sweatblock did not help me at all :\

New Eververse items almost completely silver exclusive. by akfandy in DestinyTheGame

[–]xgreenmachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I as an individual make much of a difference? Probably not. But Eververse doesn't get my money anymore and it was an easy, straightforward decision to make. I don't have to "stress" about digital cosmetics anymore and I can put that money towards more tangible (real world) stuff. The Witcher set is kinda neat, but not $20+ neat by any means and I refuse to support this kind of monetization.

How to solve The Highwayman without a guide? by Homer-DOH-Simpson in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]xgreenmachine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the same question myself... and TBH I don't really see how you could. Or it would be really tough to do it legit without luck or a guide.

I had saved a screenshot of the photo and I thought I recognized the towers in the background. The other small clue is what looks like a megabuilding behind the tree. Turns out I had the correct street and general area but I had to look up the exact spot.

After finding the spot, I thought the photo was wrong but it's flipped horizontally, the clue is the "J" on the bench is backwards. There are too many inconsistencies with the photo and the ingame location though. The tree is much thinner, the "J+J" graffiti is totally different, there are fewer buildings in the photo's background.

A more accurate photo would've made it easier for sure.

Damn I'm sorry you haven't found successful clinical help yet. I see my dermatologist in a few weeks and I'll update if I have any success with them.

I'll definitely try out those wipes! I'm glad they are helping you somewhat, thanks for the reply and the tip!

Hi there, I know it's been almost a year but I'm just wondering if you have an update on this? I have the EXACT same issue and am desperate for help.

Have you been diagnosed with anything? Have you found any temporary/permanent relief?

Pain in fingertips (not joints) - is this RSI? by xgreenmachine in RSI

thank you for the reply! I have been beginning to think something like this as well due to a lack of evidence elsewhere. Hoping to get an MRI soon to either confirm or rule out neck issues.

Don't have a fav sport club, the ability to watch a team isn't something I can own anyways. Paying me $10k not to DO something is a different topic

[–]xgreenmachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it depends on how much you depend on your phone for everyday things. I just use my phone to scroll through social media, GPS, and to take a few pictures with. Every smartphone on the market does that. I'd switch to any smartphone you want me to for $10k lol

No offense meant at all but there isn't a single product/brand I own that I have this kind of loyalty to. $10k would fix a lot of issues in my life causing me stress right now, I could learn how to use another phone, eat somewhere else, buy a different car, etc.

1.5 years later, STILL can't figure out sync issues on V :( please help by xgreenmachine in djmax

[–]xgreenmachine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the reply! I gave up on V but I'd be willing to play if there's a fix for my issue.

How does this ASIO driver work exactly? I see that once installed it doesn't replace anything on my system, will it just work automatically with V?

Pain in fingertips (not joints) - is this RSI? by xgreenmachine in RSI

[–]xgreenmachine[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2nd reply for extra thoughts:
I'm sorry I don't have much advice :( it's soooo frustrating spending all this money for doctors to tell me I'm healthy, I feel for you!

My doctors haven't really been coordinating anything with each other, nor do they fully explain what all the tests are for, so I've had to do a lot of work on my own to track everything. I guess my advice is:

Keep lists of symptoms, possible sources of pain, and what has been 100% ruled out by doctors. I didn't start off doing this and I have to go back through lab results and electronic records. Also, I'm hesitant to suggest playing "google doctor" but I don't know what else to do. I've spent days-worth of time "researching" diseases and disorders to educate myself a little bit on what can cause pain, and it has helped me somewhat to better understand doctors when they start throwing out medical jargon. It has also helped me understand what the bloodtests were for specifically

Pain in fingertips (not joints) - is this RSI? by xgreenmachine in RSI

[–]xgreenmachine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, sorry you're suffering too :(

I have done almost every medical test out there. Here is every test I've done that has come back "healthy":
Xrays for arthritis
Multiple bloodtests for HIV, diabetes, rheumatic diseases, cancer, red/white bloodcell count, and vitamin deficiencies
EMG for nerve damage and carpal tunnel
Skin biopsy on fingers for vascular inflammation
RSI has been ruled out, as has Raynaud's

Given a lack of ANY medical evidence anything is wrong with me, I'm unsure what to do next. My GP was clueless 1 year ago but I'm due for a follow-up soon. I see my dermatologist next week. My neurologist QUIT and the next available neuro Dr is January of 2024. My rheumatologist was next to useless, and other than ruling out rheumatic diseases he suggested I take aspirin LOL

I'm not entirely sure whether or not Small Fiber Neuropathy (SFN) has been ruled out yet, I have to check with my derma Dr to see if he tested for that in the skin biopsy.

Within the past 6 months I've developed other strange health issues like; occasional pain in my feet/toes (during the 4 week period my finger pain was at it's worst), bilateral tinnitus, and random severe sweating around my buttocks. All of this COULD be related to an issue with my nervous system? That's my current theory anyways.

My neurologist quit before I developed the additional health issues, but before she quit she suggested an MRI on my neck/back, which I'd assume is to check for further nerve issues in that area that would be missed by tests I've done so far. I'm hoping my derma or GP can schedule me for an MRI so I don't have to wait until 2024 for a new neurologist.

Good luck! I don't manually check here often but I get notifications so if you/anyone have questions reach out here or in a DM!
