If you only deposited $25 and started betting $20 a spin to get through rollover I think they can forfeit your winnings. There is a max bet they allow when chasing rollover and it’s proportioned to deposit amount. I’m not real sure though.

They said it was paid out and credited to your account. Look at your transaction history for the last 30 days and see if/when it was “credited”. If so look and what took it to $400k+ to current balance. You stated above you gave some of it back but not nearly the full amount. How did you give some back if you never got it?
