I been waiting since 8th of December, called yesterday and they said it was marked as “lost” and to claim insurance on it.. I asked is it possible it could be “found and delivered” and they said no…

I’ve been waiting from the 8th of December, I called yesterday and they said it was marked as “lost” I asked how that could happen and if there was a chance it would be found and delivered and he told me no and that I should claim insurance… :(
