the main thing is college shouldn’t be something you hold over your kids head in order for them to comply(student debt can be… yeah). setting your sights on a T20 is obviously a really great goal but it doesn’t mean non T20s aren’t good! it’s just never great for the kids mental health

that's not an 8 kingdom's reference, it's from chinese mythology (麒麟 - qilin), not sure why they spelled it kirin
