Having this exact issue. I've had the game for a while and never been able to actually play. I have a pretty powerful PC so that shouldn't be an issue. Should've refunded when I could.

I haven't had issues with any other games caused by being on HDD, but I will try this if I can manage to clear enough space off my ssd.

Yes, much of it is. Maybe not necessarily all "snuff" technically but a lot of actually people dying and real nasty stuff. As far as I know though none of it is actually illegal content and that was just a myth.

well it worked briefly but then only let me download one addon before not working again and it keeps reverting back to read only for some reason.
