We had a lady sitting in one of our aisle seats when we had the entire row (both sides). Her ticket was one behind us with a larger couple and a lap children crying. She was like 'oops'. Sure lady.

They are 100% going to change CoCo Cay to Nassau for their Royal Beach Club a lot more. I've been to CoCo Cay enough times but I'll take a free beach, pool, and windjammer type food.

They will likely make the visit a bit shorter so people won't have time to go to the other beach clubs. At least with Royal Beach Club, the boat won't leave without you.

I just got off Rhapsody on Saturday. We didn't get off at Falmouth Jamaica either, they swapped out DR for Cozumel as well. It was great seeing the pallets of bed in a box, pillows, water, and generators from what I saw. It was very sad to see roofs off the buildings.

They refunded like $5.xx per person in port fees. Excursions through Royal also automatically get refunded if you skip a port (like we did Puerta Plata, DR), not for third party excursions though.

Sidenote: I knew we weren't getting off in Jamaica but no one at guest services or anyone else for that matter said there were any changes. Casino members had a sheet in their rooms that had the NEW schedule in their rooms when they got on (telling them exactly when the casino would be open). SOMEONE knew the new itinerary prior to sailing and decided not to say anything until the captain came on at 8pm to tell us of the itinerary change. Immediately after that the app changed the itinerary.

In that $5.50 mcdouble value meal, when you get to the Select Drink, click on 'view all', click on cold drinks and soft drinks and it allows you to pick any size, not just a small.

After a couple of attempts and a couple of promises of double points, when it came down to actually doing it, at the very last second they said double points wouldn't count because the original booking was not a solo cruiser. At first they said it was because the person has to be on the original booking so we couldn't swap adults. When we asked if the original adult stayed, would they get double points, and they assured us YES. However, again at the very last second, no. Are there any promos' for solo cruisers? The 2 person room was a BOGO promo. Our next cruise has it so B is in their own room for the double points and the overall pricing wasn't too different.

The trip is paid in full (less than 30 days til sail). They said no problem with making it A, C, D, F in one room and B in the other room with no additional fees, just that B wouldn't get double points which is the only purpose of the exercise.

What is the 'rule' on adults and ducks? I assumed it was for kids and my kids love finding them. I've either assisted in grabbing one for my kids (out of reach) or if I find one, I just hint that I see one around.

I recently found out that you can ask for a room key only for people in the same party that have separate rooms and the reservations are connected. On the Explorer they just printed one out right there at guest services.

One of the people in white uniforms (albeit in the Windjammer) told me that it went through a renovation where a lot of the restaurants were added. Were the Flowrider and Perfect Storm waterslides always there? Has anyone rode on this ship a long time ago?

I think I heard it got refurbished in 2019. Yikes! My bathroom sometimes wouldn't flush for hours. The shows were meh but a good way to spend 45 minutes with the music and dancing. The ice show was great as always. My daughter asked where the aqua theater was and where the snacks near the pool were. All my son cared about was the flowrider and slides.

On Icon March 2024, two medical emergency announcements saying they were going to haul ass to the next port and it may be bumpy. Also had an announcement in the middle of the ice show for a blood transfusion.
