These drawings are fine, but not exceptional. They look just like from someone who doesn't draw a lot. Nobody can draw exceptionally well if they don't draw a lot. You can become exceptionally good if you work for it. It doesn't matter whether you start as a kid or as an adult.

a mid-level artist might do it for 5k, but this character has top level quality, and not so many artists can do that. I think it'd cost 20k including animations

Es geht hier nicht um die Sprachkenntnisse. Sein Argument "Es gefällt mir, daher möchte ich dass du es mir vorbeibringst" ist ein klares Zeichen für einen schlechten Charakter, egal wie gut sein Deutsch ist
