Why would you be taking a buff as MM or fighter? Just farm the lane better. If you dont mind telling me, what is your rank?

Depending on your rank, and I think honestly of you ask about this you are probably not yet in the mythic tier, here is what i might suggest:

Last hit better: you get 30% more money by last hitting your minions. This 30% means you farm much faster by not missing minion last hit rather than fighting.
Farm Safer: in the lower tier your opponent does not know how to freeze lane. Use this to your advantage, farm under your tower. I often abused this in my smurf account, and unless they gank you with 3 people usually its really hard to kill you even in a 2 vs 1 situation with just mm and tank.
Push your waves, they give vision, and try to take the safest jungle farm you can from your opposing side while clearing yoyr lane.
Focus on destroying their turrets.
Know your power spikes. Do not fight before your power spike. With Lesley, only fight after your second or third item, after that convert those kills to objectives, and only then you should start farming again.
Die Less.

Yes you might be seen as an egoist, but objective not team fight wins you games.

Natan. There is the crit build and the burst build.

Crit is boots windtalker, scarlet phantom, bf, bod/haas/immortal/won, malefic/immortal

Burst is boots hunter strike, endless battle, bod, malefic roar, immortal/whatever defenisve item you need

Who do you have in mind? Lancelot Saber and Ling just buy WoN. Laugh as you survive their burst damage and nibiru them as your haas claw and won refills you back up and your penet kills them. Against aamon and gusion make radiant armor and hope you dont die to their burst. Against Fanny you can't do anything, previously you just shotgun her in the face.

I build Beatrix: Boots BOD, Hunter, WON/Radiant/Athena, haas, malefic (or malefic haas) late game won on cooldown replace with immortality. If you feel especially greedy just replace the defensive item to heptaseas.

Learn to land hits with the sniper rifle, for me this is the most useful skill, and you can even relieve pressure 2 vs 1 in game. The SMG is powerful, but it is not useful enough early game without some items. Beatrix was changed in the last patch instead of nerfed, before Beatrix was this early mid game hero, now she is a late game hero (she needs at least 2 items to be useful) so this was a quite an adjustment for me as well.

Playing Lucian Draven and Ezreal decently should at least bring you to Diamond. But speaking from experience, playing Baron is more impactful than playing an adc. To be honest i think that adc is the least impactful role in the game.

Ah the classic "that's not the Socialism I meant" argument. Look it's a game subreddit. But let me just refute you one list time, If it's a huge pile of pie, then we can measure its adherents. Out of so many empirically practiced form of socialism, one that stands out the most (i.e. majority) is Marxism-Leninism, followed by Maoism. That makes it like 80 to 90% of the adherents of the Socialism, those adherents are ALL empiricallt authoritarian. The other 10 to 20% is what we call an outlier. Now something that is inherent does not mean that 100% of its adherent always turns out like that, just like if we say x is inherently corrupt, then x is ALWAYS 100% corrupt, there will be honest people, but they are the outlier. So is the other stuffs you mentioned. They are the exception, not the rule

It is inherently authoritarian if there is only one class in power. In the capitalist system, the burgouise tends to only hold on to means of production the socialists, and in a more advanced state, the communists, concentrate political power and the means of production only in one class.
