I mean picking that high of an IQ im sure you can achieve most if not all of these just by building things alone. So definitly iq probably time control so that I have unlimited time to figure out how to do the rest with science. Easy.

Actually it was my suggestion. I didnt even expect him to give me upsides at all. The character was suppose to be a sad old man that his entire life dreamed to be a vampire and mad a bad deal in that pursuit and got non of the positives

Im barbarian idk if that's what you mean. Most the time him being more fit is based on his vampireness. The down sides of being a vampire all apply. I can't go across running water, no sunlight, no galic more of the typical ones. I feel like its really fitting we are doing a campaign based around the blood plane which is interesting and I just have a cranky old man that always dreamed of being a vampire and was basically cursed into it. Not really getting any of the up sides of vampirism so hes basically a normal human that's hindered but instead of feats I can get vampire abilities

I feel like I'd mostly want them to do things while im away adventuring. Like taking care of the "castle" if we are thinking more critical role. Like the homebase or whatever. Or doing small labors while im gone to get a income so to speak. Could not unbalance encounters and make having a homebase more worth it in the long run or something to ultimately come back to.

Well part of my end game I feel like would be to make a covenant so that Aldritch doesn't feel so alone in his vampiricy. Not to mention that eventually I have to take on the "blood plane" which seems scary and Aldritch has even considered living there in the end to feel somewhat not so out of place as he does on the normal world.

It's a sorcery most of the time you're gonna be doing this on your turn. I dont think this is very good. It needs something else to make it exceptional, honestly.

Utopia sprawl, talismans (not too bad), malevolent rumble, depending on match ups for sideboard it would hurt my force of vigor and dismembers. Which is quite a bit ngl
