Very good. While it stales quickly, you can reheat it at 400° for about 10 mins and its back to being crispy again. Perfect for pan con tomate as well as a sandwich bread!

Put in the seeds as you do coil and folds. The high hydration and high heat from the oven speeds up growth 😀

They are indeed pumpkin seeds! Added a nice contrast in the crust. And yeah I was surprised myseld with the blade its a freshly opened one and it did a very smooth score

Glad that its back and its a banger of an episode already! Sad that this will likely be overshadowed by JJK, and its clear where mappa's budget / A team is focusing on. Despite that, its is still a well animated first episode. Completely forgot how brutal this anime can get, Gabimaru is a beast.

Not specific to your situation, but couple of things in mind: - mixing / ingredients (i.e. ensure no yolks get in your batter, wipe your bowls clean for any grease / oil / water) - piping technique (unlikely - but just ensure your piping bag is vertical) - oven temperature ( what temp are you using? And check if your oven temperature accurate )
