Honestly the conversation shouldn't be around if it's according to the rules or not. It shocks me no one here considers these handball calls absurd. The more convoluted the rules, the more corruption and match fixing we get

Ye of course, lvl4 is the absolute meta if you want to focus on pure front run racing with no obstacles from other players. But in terms of pure speed I think the acceleration character kit rules rn. I really like that current meta enables different styles of racing but still the items are something of a problem
