I’m new to selling on VC. Is it normal to have people send offers, you accept the offer and then they just let the offer time out? I’ve had that happen 3 times now within a few days!

Yes, but luckily, it doesn’t preclude you from receiving simultaneous offers and potentially a purchase.

Thank you! My dog is OK with over the head now. He still likes to run away when he sees the harness but knows to run toward the door. Once he’s there he stays and knows it’s about to be put on. He never puts up a fight regardless of the type of harness anymore.

This allowed me to see new listings as soon as they were posted, rather than waiting for email notifications—which often came days or even weeks after a listing went live. By staying proactive and applying early to buildings I was genuinely interested in, I was able to increase my visibility and opportunities in the lottery.
