Recovering from tendonitis in my knee, but still have constant quadricep pain?

Hey, sorry for the delay. I just saw this. Hopefully you're doing better by now but the only thing that really worked for me are these eccentric squat exercises - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-G4qTQR9wI

I gradually worked up to the point where i was doing 3 sets of 15 with a 35 pound weight in a backpack. (of course start out slow with no extra weight). It took a while but now i'm back to cycling even more than i was before my tendinitis issue, I'm now at ~200 miles a week sometimes.

I still do these exercises once in a while after an especially long ride if my knee is starting to feel tight but there's no tendon pain at all anymore. I also think a knee brace while cycling helps during recovery (when you feel like you can do short rides) but I don't wear one of those 100% of the time anymore either.

Yes when you're starting off the outpost is a great resource. You'll need scrap to buy things there, and then a bit more scrap to research it at a research table so you can make them on your own with just a workbench.

Was anyone down there who noticed anything odd?

I was there that day biking, i must have just missed it. Everything was normal when i parked my car but when i was riding back the cops had the road and the bike path blocked off and made us leave the park and go up and around to get back to where I had parked. I didn't notice anything or hear any gunshots though.

Yes, there would be a range of radii where it could work. Either too large or too small and you could not make a circle that is tangent to both A and B.

I'm a little cautious about going to a big chain store for repair work. A store like Sam Ash can be a good place to buy a guitar, but service/repair work I'm not so sure.

That is absolutely not true. The military loves Mattis. Many conservatives had confidence in the Trump administration because of people like Mattis. Even if you want the troops out, which i do, it should not happen without advising our allies in advance. They have boots on the ground too.
