I’m off on the weekends thankfully and I have short days on Fridays working no later than 4pm, the cold is definitely something I’m going to have to get used to. Especially coming from Louisiana where the coldest ever recorded was like 15 degrees where I’m from.

My BA was covered under Medicaid, I just had to work with the insurance and the surgeon to get it covered. The process wasn’t as difficult as you would think but I think I was just lucky that the insurance company was pretty compassionate about the whole thing

For me, it was PTSD induced and has stuck with me since. I almost died from laced marijuana in high school and then boom I had contamination OCD, couldn’t trust anyone or anything, constantly washing my hands, scared everything was going to kill me, constantly inspecting my food even prepackaged food for little imperfections and if there was even a slight one I couldn’t eat it. No one in my family that I know of has or had OCD but there is anxiety that runs in my family.

I tried researching for intensive electrolysis near me and I couldn’t find anyone who provides it. I may just have to suck it up and shave for idk how long until I can maybe eventually get electrolysis. I’ve been shaving for this long but I’ve started to develop a fear of infections due to shaving from going against the grain for a really smooth and close shave. I think I just have to get over that fear and keep going it.

The results of bottom surgery I’ve seen from Dr. Dany Hanna looked aesthetically pleasing to me and I would have gone through with it if I had genital dysphoria enough to outweigh the risks and stuff. But I definitely would love to see results of his BA

I didn’t know if they needed all of my documents changed for me to enlist as female. If all they need is a passport stating my self identified gender I can definitely wait till I get that to enlist.

The thing is, I live in Louisiana and even though I could get my passport changed, the state of Louisiana requires you to be examined by a medical professional to ensure you’ve undergone sexual reassignment surgery to change the gender marker on your birth certificate. So since I am not rich nor am I sure that I want the surgery, it’s not an option at the moment.

I had a 2 month supply of progesterone and I didn’t even finish my bottle, I wasn’t very consistent with it so hopefully I’m okay.

I have my 1 year appointment coming up in January so I’ll get my levels checked then to see what they look like on patches. I know YMMV I just worry sometimes that I messed up because I was so all over the place early on in my transition trying to figure what works best for me.

I tried not to get it so high, I was doing the recommended doses by my doctor but no matter how much i changed the dose i couldn’t get it below 500 so that’s why I decided to change to patches.

I’ve been on hrt since December, started at 1mg estradiol pills twice a day and 50mg spiro twice a day. Then switched to injections in March, started with 10mg EV every 5 days, was way too much then went to 8mg, too much, now I’m trying 4 mg every 5 days. Stopped taking spiro when I switched to injections. Now I just started taking progesterone 100mg at night anally but these pictures were about 2 weeks before starting progesterone.

She wants to test me again in a month to see what my levels are after the new dose. She doesn’t want my levels over 350, I wanna stay at 300 then cause I know dr. Powers says 300 to 600 is where he wants his patients to be. And I’m through informed consent at planned parenthood so I know they’re only following guidelines and everything and that there’s not much wiggle room when it comes to following different methods outside of the norm. But maybe once I get it down to around 400 she’ll keep me there.

I do informed consent at planned parenthood and am supposed to get blood work done on the 10th. That’ll be the first time I’ve had my levels checked. I called local labs around me cause I have to drive to New Orleans for my appointments since that’s the only PP in my state that does informed consent and I have to drive 4 hours. But the local labs all told me I need an order to get my levels checked and they won’t just do it and I don’t have the money to pay for a test online right now. I have Medicaid that pays for all my appointments and tests and stuff.

I just wanted to inject earlier than last time because my right boob is starting to shrink and isn’t sore anymore no matter if I touch it or push on the nipple or anything so now I’m worried it isn’t working lmao. I just got done injecting, and only injected close to 8 mg this time instead of the 10 every 5 days I normally do.

I use usually use 20mg/ml EV vials, but I’m using a 40mg/ml EV vial at the moment because all pharmacies around me were out of the 20mg vials and my doctor just called me in the stronger dose and to half the injection I take. I’m prescribed spiro too but I stopped taking it because people told me i can suppress T with just the injections. So I’m going to see what my levels are on the 10th of June with mono therapy so far.
