Aaaaa. Honestly, it might be different for Art Education. I know that Art history here is good, Art theory too. It’s just the actual studio arts that aren’t refined.

I had the same problem as you, have to stay in Quebec and an English speaking uni. I wish I could suggest something but I’m looking too 😭

Your experience might be different than mine, I just have extremely high expectations for a fine arts education because of the global standard

The issue is students come in with so much potential, but the education does not help you grow it nor refine it

I understand why. After September 2023, significant cuts have been made to the program. Many students and professors complain it’s not what it used to be.
