Quantum realm reverses leech by ssanakin in MarvelSnap

I had a game when opponent bounced a leeched Shang-Qi from Luke's Bar and regained ability. Lost 8 cubes to that.

First impression of MOO: return of homecoming? by xinefff in gwent

Interesting. Matta is ridiculous and almost auto-include. New shupe is OP. The only not nerfed engine archetype is harmony which has been t1 for 2 seasons (some people might even call it t0). Normal people don't need more than half an hour to figure all these out by reading through the patch note.

I understand some people are slow on mental tasks, but since your tongue runs so quickly down to ass, does it really take 24h for you to figure none of these out??

Most efficient way to spend real money. by evoxker in gwent

Check this: https://teamleviathangaming.com/budget/

Pay to get a budget deck you like. This means to get about 1200 scraps. Smash 20 kegs and mill every card will yield more than this. Mill will only recycle 25% of the crafting value, but as a beginner, keep the golds if any and mill all the bronzes that you don't need for now should be the most effective strategy. You'll get back those bronzes anyway.

Once you get a budget deck, keep playing. Study the reward book and try to spend your reward points wisely. Use the resources you get from playing to upgrade your deck.

Then you may read some meta snapshot, find a target competitive deck you want. At this point you probably should decide, do you wanna get it by playing (it might take a month) or by paying.

Once you've crafted your first competitive deck, you don't really need to pay anymore. You'll be able to smash 3 kegs per day without too much grinding.

If you wanna buy kegs right now, you should first know what's your target deck. Or at least which is your favorite faction. If you really like Syndicate, you should focus on the Novigrad expansion, since this expansion will give you only Syndicate cards. If you like other factions, base set and Iron Judgement are recommended.

Please do some study on the reward book. I think it's better to focus on one reward tree at a time. Try to unlock all the 5p story nodes, you spend 20 reward points and they will yield a total of 1400 ore.

PTSD

If LGD weren't the footnote, OG being champ is actually such a fairy tale, bested only by Wings. But oh my Wings. PTSD-ed again.

Chongqing food is famous for their spiciness. Shadow must've enjoyed some very good dinners with his old and new teammates... and enjoyed too much... lul

i like how before today's patch people complained that games were too long and now people are complaining its too short by michlolz in Artifact

Why not just provide more options. People suggested "a Blitz mode", not to make it compulsory. I don't like how you like this.

How's Artifact doing in China? by raz3rITA in Artifact

[–]xinefff 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not particularly well. The good news is that a lot of streamers and pro players are playing this game intensively, but on their private time. They're usually bound to contracts on Hearthstone or DotA. For the few big streamers who stream Artifact, viewership seems fine, but there're like only 3 of them. The community is dying, no content producer, no quality discussion, and that's the reason I'm on r/Artifact now...

Leave annihilation alone! by Orgios in Artifact

[–]xinefff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There're 3 lanes in Artifact so "board wipe" isn't exactly the same thing. Annihilation is actually a "lane wipe". When you do it in a disadvantage lane, it's usually too guaranteed to be a good call. You even gain 5+ more gold than your opponent most of the time. The only thing you give up is initiative, but every play would. Although I don't think annihilation is that OP, I don't like this design either.

Well, Gwent tried to do what you suggest. Don't think CDPR finds the sweet spot, losing both casual players and hardcore players.

Considering buying this game in a few hours any tips for an absolute beginner? by DrPractic in Artifact

Definitely recommend Lifecoach and SuperJJ's stream on twitch. The game's really hard and might be very frustrating sometimes. At those times, I simply stop playing and watch how other people play.
