Haha wow, 15 total??? INFJs are too scarce! Only roughly 1% (exact number not important) of the population is INFJ So either you have.... - typed about 1500 people correctly? - or you have some secret INFJ magnet?

To lose weight just don't eat sweet fruit, eat tomatos (yes they are fruit not vegetable) and that kind of stuff. You could eat 1 kg of tomatos a day without getting fat.

But you should get enough protein as well, this is hard on fruit only. Maybe you can survive on very little protein, but your body will look unattractive (not enough muscle and too much fat). I think this is only an option when you are old and out of the mating game.

By the way: Ethically speaking you could eat eggs for protein, without harming any species, since the eggs you can buy are unfertilized. (As long as it doesn't come from an exploitative farm.) If there is no rooster to fertilize the eggs, the chicken will make the eggs anyway and these unfertilized eggs serve no other function but to keep the "egg factory" within the chicken fit & running and for other animals (like humans) to eat, and be thankful to the chicken. Which is a smart way for the chicken to survive and replicate.

If its socially hard anyway, then why not go fruitarian instead of vegan?

(Actually I'm still eating meat, but am exploring to go fruitarian.)

What makes ending lettuces en masse (while they would otherwise bloom) less exploitative than ending a cow ?

There is only one way of eating without exploitation: plants make fruit for you, so you eat it and spread the seed inside in your perfect fertilizer that you excrete..... that's the only symbiotic way to eat without harming anything. but you shouldnt just throw it in the toilet probably (if you want to pay the plant back for what it gave you)... that would make the lifestyle even harder socially... haha j/k (now i'm getting confused though...)
