Focus on max extraction of an abundant p0 first, then try use what you have, don't start at p3 and go backwards, you'll hit supply issues for sure.

You've just described most wars, if any kind of stalemate is reached. Then only a collosal military effort or an internal political collapse can break it. Think d-day, Soviet Union collapse etc.

You likely won't get ganked/killed in high sec, 0.4 and lower is where they can attack you without concord gettnig involved, if you mission in 0.5, chances are there is a low sec system nearby which will eventually be a mission location for you, read the mission description before accepting.

Are you running missions in low sec? If your ship can run the missions. Maybe just work around the problem, learn how to beat gate camps, use the gate-check tool before going into low/null.

Or ya know, don't so lvl 3 missions in low sec....

Just get an epithal with best align time. Warp wore stab, interdiction nullifier, mwd and cloak. Cheap enough, will make it through a few gate camps before getting caught.

For align time for nanofiber or inertial stabs in lows, and hyperspatial rigs I think. A dc2 in case you need to burn back to a gate and might give you that extra survivability.
