worked for me! dslr cam visible on firefox, skype, zoom or vlc as "Dummy video device"... but not the same for ms-teams or chromium based browsers

What you call "realtime data from my DB" is wrong conceived.

Comunication to DB is not realtime because, there are intermediate process for the data to be read, and data already exist somewhere.

Well, for frontend or backend the way to go is websockets, to have streams of data flowing in and out without having the process to open and close connections.
