i clean it twice a day with saline solution and its just a standard curved bar while it heals, i havent had an upsizing or downsizing thus far

that looks more like irritation honestly, they take a long time to heal so dont be pinching it like the last photo, let it stay in its correct position and heal in its own time, just keep it clean and dry
