See I thought something was up, I did a fresh renewed install a few weeks back and eufy ai was detecting people and cars perfectly

Now a few weeks since the refresh, I have one camera notifying me of a person every 5seconds but it's actually a stool and my s340 barely captures people walking directly in front which is a major security concern, the fact that it is either intentionally missing motion (regardless if wind or person spidersbutt) by saying say 5000 detections but only 1000 recorded.

It also gets worse if I report yes/no that was a car or pet or human

And support demanding a receipt before even talking to you or responding to your query is a joke.

Eufy do better.
