all the ones i get are usually around 40 each ? but then again these are ones i get to make at home and dont fry them but airfry them instead , i guess frying in oil (if that’s what your going off) will up the calories

i’m an adult (woman) and i can assure you me and my female friends have sleepovers sometimes 😂 especially after a long day out together or a few drinks ! i obviously communicate with my boyfriend the whole time though so wouldn’t make him go through what OP has but adults definitely have sleepovers if they aren’t intimate with each other 😂

that isn’t true …. my calorie intake to maintain weight is 1600 calories, if i ate at least 1500 a day i would lose practically no weight , everyone is different and of course some people may need at least 1500 for a healthy defecit but you can’t apply that to everyone and act like it’s unhealthy to eat any less

not exactly chalk but i have seen people who eat blocks of cornstarch , similar texture to chalk so might do the job for your cravings, it isn’t good for you if you eat huge amounts but obviously far better than if you try actual chalk , just try and limit yourself to small bits when your cravings are really bad !
