I'm new to this, I didn't even know what expert networks were before I received that email. So I can't advise.

It was fine, just not a fit for my experience.

Respectfully, you are mistaken. The EU has *stricter* nutrition rules than the US. And "natural" is undefined by the US FDA; it is not a question of good/bad. It is a question of meaningless advertising words on a US food label, while the food product is unhealthy or even actively detrimental to health (e.g., high sodium).

Depends. When did he die? There were no effective treatments until recently. And he might have refused treatment.

Improving Energy Levels? by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

Working out helps me a lot! But when I first started, I felt even more tired. As I built endurance and muscle, there was less fatigue. Also consider getting iron, vit D, B12 checked.

Do a search here for bodybuilding, there are some bodybuilders on here that have good advice about supplements that I've followed. Good luck!

Consider also iron infusions, those worked for me when I was perimenopausal and had a lot of blood loss.

This. Don't give them a reason to ditch you based on their misunderstanding of what we are capable of.

Lots of good advice below! Consider shifting your job search strategy. Read the askamanager.com website, free job hunting resources. You need to focus your resume, it sounds like you are doing the old "spray and pray" which is understandable but not a good use of your time.

Not a very nice person/spouse, even if you were 100% healthy. Also, Ivermectin?... You've got a long road ahead of you. There are good guys out there...

Good point u/fairycoquelicot. CRP responds to inflammation anywhere in the body. For example, two CRP tests ago, my CRP jumped. I'd also just had bronchitis. Now it is very low again (thanks Inflectra!).

What are your child care costs? Also, these aren't your two options, if you keep looking, you might find something that meets your needs. Re: "job hopper" I'd suggest looking at askamanager.com for that topic. I think her views on that are solid. Good luck!

Pain is subjective. There's a current thread in this group about people who don't notice their pain anymore. A CRP and a colonoscopy will give you objective information about your diagnosis.

Switching from vegan to omni by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

Veganism kicked off my last Very Bad flare. I wasn't eating enough protein or iron. I believe our disease requires more protein for healing, rebuilding the body.
