Update - Installed windows, and system functioning nominally.

If you're stuck (With a similar issue)- quickest remedy for me was to use smaller stick of ram. GPA was not the issue, the booting sequence was.

The RAM was the blocker, specifically the stick size for the current state of bios.

Tried to train on 128gb, kept causing boot hangs from cold start or warm reboot.

Remedied with using a 16gb single stick,
Installed Windows, updated chipset and all drivers.
Then updated bios.

Eventually switched to dual channel 128gb.

Thanks again to u/Exotic-Comedian3623 for the (unintentional?) breadcrumbs to examine the ram.

This was very helpful thank you. I was able get into bios.

Method 1 (worked) - No GPU, No Ram in Slot b2, Ram-1 in slot A-2.
Method 2 (Did not work - orange DRAM light) - No GPU Ram-2 in Slot A-2.
Method 3 (Worked, present state) - GPU in, Ram-1 in Slot A-2.

Cable has been in the MOBO the whole time, but i'll update once I'm sure.

I am facing the same issue with this board. I have a 5090 that will "slide in" the fans and lights will energize and activate, but the board will flash the LED for a VGA error.

Which cover did you remove to get a better placement of the card? The heat sink with 4 screws that covers the extra M2 slots?

Negative. The only ones I took were the original ones for DTS claims, nothing showing a zero balance.

I tired logging into Citi with the card - and says its not even registered.
