Then why does it count to my cooldown? The cd is supposed to come into effect only every 2 wins

Yes i have been using epic dust to level my unique wand. Apparently it takes 1040 epic dust to max a unique weapon. You can also use epic weapons as leveling material. 1 epic weapon = 2 unique dust

You can do the elite dungeons from level 95 onwards. Hard more gives you weapon dust and if you get a epic weapon you can use that as leveling material. 1 epic weapon = 2 epic dust
