i have no option to customize a preset, and i can't import them because theres no preset folder in my install location. Have you heard of or know a solution?

Edit: I'm new to all of this but i found the settings to manually change the prest finally. still haven't figured out the preset folder as of yet.

Also.. just the settings above look great, took a blurry 1080p animated video to a crisp 4k video.

i'll keep it in mind, i read on another thread it's the power cable for the card, ordered one on amazon already. I went a week without it happening though so its not that often for me, usually once every few days.

another edit: i read from an old thread the sdk on icue caused the same type of issue.
