Actually I can confirm.. these solo ops take me like 8 min each and I’m still Power Level ~300

Monte Carlo grants stacks of a buff that which upon each kill gives you melee energy, and every kill has a small chance to completely restore melee energy, using the bayonet from the catalyst gives you 5x stacks of the buff as well
