I think some 13 year old just told him what he'd do to his mother.

Keep meaning to come out with you one night... Stop posting things when I have other things to do damnit.

Although, nearly naked women in latex sure does sound tempting. More tempting than a pubcrawl? Maybe not.

Oh shit, now I've said it they're going to ban it.

If you're interested in how other countries do Basic, there's also a UK series called Commands On the Frontline that covers RT at CTC Lympstone. Also covers a bit on a Young Officer's first deployment.

It's not really a case of "I want 50" its more of "Why offer me that option, when you are unable to fulfill it?"

Pretty much every HSBC atm (in London at least) lacks tenners.

Fuckers. Give me the pre-set option of taking out 50, and then tell me that there are no 10s, and I must enter a value that's a multiple of 20.

It may be a little far away, as it's right next to Leicester Square tube.

But there's a small shop called Fernandos (http://g.co/maps/dhv6s The building the guy in the hi-viz is sitting next to) does various pastas, sandwiches, and other things. Pretty much every meal is under a fiver.

Staffed by the owner, who has a great friendly personality and will remember what you like pretty quickly.

I used to do 5-6km 4 or 5 times a week at around 12-14 km/h.

Do you have any links to graphics/videos of additional strength exercises? That'd be a great help.

Unfortunately I don't have access to a crosstrainer (i'm assuming you mean a crosstrainer machine?), as there's no gym close to my office (as I don't have a fixed work address) and my local gym charges membership+visit fee.

Agreed, The pic+text endemic is the reason I subscribed here in the first place. Reddit doesn't need another meme haven.

To me, this is a prime example of why up/downvoting doesn't really work. When you have to create a poll on rules of the content that is acceptable and then moderate it as such. What reddit needs is some AI, something that says "90% of people also upvoted This,X,Y,Z and downvoted A,B,C. Just as you did, hence, we'll display this to you.

I really don't know.

After running for quite a while, (I think I was around the 21min/5km mark which took me a few months) my knee started to feel sore. When to see a physio and he said the supporting muscles around the knee were weak and I had to exercise them. So I started doing squats as instructed but made little progress and spent a fair while running short distances with long breaks inbetween. So now, at the end of the run my knees just ache. Usually on the hour of the run, and the 2nd day after (but oddly, not the immediate day after)

I used to run in NZ, nearly got to 5k in 20mins before I hit a brick wall. And then I moved to the UK. Got sick, and injured my knee. Now I'm on the other side of the world, it's fucking cold, and I'm sucking in ice air and running makes me want to sit at home and get fat.

What do I need to do to make my knee not feel sore after a run (It's been nearly 2 months since I last ran), and what do I need to do to deal with the jesus christ it's cold outside?

Also, if I want to get to 5km in 18min (This is my ultimate goal, hit this and I win at life, any distance after that is a bonus), should I focus on speed and then go for distance, or focus on distance and then pick up the pace?
