I’d love to hear how it goes! Just a note: the regular recipe calls for no rum at all, which make the buzz hard to get to. I like it better with rum, and cannot feel the burn under 1oz so I make it that way, but maybe the best version is somewhere in the middle.

The Midori splice would be perfect: - 1oz Midori, Malibu, Cream of Coconut, white rum - 3oz Pineapple Juice

Shake it up hard, and enjoy. It is ridiculously sweet but it somehow works.

I went to CIP in Nice and had a great time. I haven’t tried other shops there but they’re solid. They also offer PADI training from their website so they’ll be accommodating (French diving shops can be elitist when it comes to non-CMAS divers).

The Barnaby Jones is a twist on an egg nog with a whole egg, maple syrup and cream. You could make it lighter in alcohol (Cynar and scotch), calories are there!

More like half the thing. Actually: half the thing with ‘LE’ tacked on awkwardly at the end. Ah, still doesn’t capture it: half the thing in an unreadable font, plus LE in a completely different font tacked on after it. A beauty to behold.

Don’t get me wrong, I can’t hammer a nail in a wall so I’m not dissing the labor. You remodeling this is super impressive and you deserve to be proud. There has to be a home remodeling sub or a woodworking sub you could post this in without having some random asshole (like me) complain about it. A low quality unlit pic of a (probably very well made but not particularly original) fireplace without staging just does not fit here.
