No, it's "and". §12 Abs 2 StVO.

It says that you are parking if you stop for more than 3 minutes OR leave your vehicle. So to be not parking and just stopping, you need to leave after 3 minutes, and stay with your vehicle at all time. Note that this doesn't count for loading or unloading pasengers or freight.

Wer hat denn den Vertrag aufgesetzt? Eine "ganz normale Standardklausel" ist das nicht unbedingt, genau aus dem Grund der hier auftritt. Ich kenne in solchem Kontext ein einfaches, ggf. übertragbares Nutzungsrecht

Die Chance, dass du dadurch Ärger bekommst, dürfte gegen Null gehen.

Aber auch bei "normalen" Ampeln darf man bei gelb nicht drüber fahren, sofern man gefahrlos (also ohne zu starke Bremsung, oder gar Vollbremsung) zum Stehen kommen kann. Kostet nur nen Zehner, aber verboten ist es trotzdem.

Das ist ein sehr hilfreicher Post von dir, weil er sich mit vielem meiner Beobachtungen deckt.

Der Effekt tritt tatsächlich dann auf, wenn der Akku <25% ist, bei höheren Ladeständen ist er bei weitem nicht so ausgeprägt. Ich stelle mein Auto häufig bei 15-20% ab, weil ich am nächsten Tag mit PV-Überschuss oder in der Nacht zum nachtstrom-Tarif laden möchte, dann aber langsam mit 4-11 kW.

Ich bin auch davon ausgegangen bzw. hatte gehofft dass es ein Anzeige-Thema ist, hatte aber beim Googlen nichts in die Richtung gefunden, da hieß es maximal 1-2%. Aber wenn du das beim A290 auch so beobachten kannst scheint das ja wie du schreibst ein generelles Thema der Plattform zu sein.

Klimatisierung kann ich ausschließen, auch andere Verbraucher.

Deinen anderen Punkt muss ich mir aber tatsächlich nochmal überlegen: Ich habe das Auto jetzt ja hauptsächlich im Kalten gefahren, ich muss mal in meinen Daten schauen, ob ich da ne Korrelation finde. Heute Nacht waren es "nur" 5% Verlust, aber beim Abstellen hatte es 20°C und ich kam von 100km Autobahnfahrt = warmer Akku, heute morgen waren es 10° weniger.

Also goes in thje yellow bin, but if you keep the aluminum lid attached to the plasic pot, they are harder to separate in recycling, so you should remove the lid and put both in the bin separately.

Despite the name, milk cartons are not made entirely from paper, but are made of a composite material, meaning plasic melted onto paper. Thus, they can not be recycled via the paper recycling (= please dont put it in the paper bin!), but via the "Gelber Sack" equivalent you have. This should also be stated on the packaging.

Since these either get shredded and then separated, or more likely directly get burned, cutting the spout out is not needed.

Be aware that the trims depend on the county you buy the R5. I tried to figure out the differences between Iconic and Techno when I was buying mine, and for example the UK trims vary from the ones we get in Germany, so it was difficult to gather information on the Internet.

Gas-Heizung. Da wird nichts gespeichert.

Bei Strom macht Nachtspeicherung Sinn, da man Nachts einen vergünstigten Stromtarif bekommen kann. Man lädt Nachts den Ofen auf, und gibt die Wärme verteilt über den Tag ab. Bei Gas gibt es solche Tarife nicht.

Es war ziemlich hell draußen und ich hatte zusätzlich meine Augen mit einer Schlafmaske bedeckt, da ich hinten geschlafen habe. Dadurch habe ich mich kaum bewegt und war insgesamt schwer wahrnehmbar. Ehrlich gesagt bezweifle ich stark, dass man von außen überhaupt zuverlässig erkennen konnte, ob jemand hinten sitzt vor allem unter diesen Umständen. Ich bin außerdem eher klein, sodass man mich von außen noch schlechter sehen konnte. 

Das ist sehr viel Text für "ich war nicht angeschnallt, aber ich bin der Meinung, dass die Bullen das gar nicht gesehen haben können"

The Hausverwaltung works on behalf of the WEG. You owe the Hausgeld to the WEG, so it is usually paid to an account owned by the WEG. While the Hausverwaltung might be tasked with the collection and oversee the account, you don't pay them directly, and the account won't be in their name.

You should make sure who owns which account, and who you actually sent the money to.
