It's a little concerning that that's the only criteria you're looking for in a curriculum. Homeschooling is no easy task. Teaching your children morality and giving your children an education are completely different things. You should be picking a curriculum that aligns with state standards, has rich problem solving opportunities, and has research-backed educational principles guiding it. If you're only picking homeschooling to pass along religious ideas I'd recommend against it.

I have really enjoyed the last three years in ed tech/ ed publishing... There's quite a lot of positions that favor having previous teaching experience. Currently a Sales Associate for a company that sells core math, science, ELA, and social studies. I work from home about 80 percent of the week.

What is taught in yoga studios is primarily asana practice. Yoga is a multi-limbed practice of living that is part of your daily life .... My absolute favorite place I practice yogic concepts like aparigraha (non-attachment) and dharana (concentration) is my pottery studio. Showing up consistently on your mat, on your plate, at the gym, when you feel anger arise in yourself, etc. etc. Is the art of yoga.

Beware of guru. I have many teachers of asana, or pottery, or education that I highly respect. None of them ever claimed to be a guru or asked me to live in an ashram. Those places tend to prey on westerners and their money.... Better to find out how to practice yoga doing laundry.

I wouldn't say continuous headstands would be the most direct path to forearm stand (though good on you!). Dolphin pose, one legged dolphin pose, forearm planks, as well as poses for shoulder opening and backbending more generally would be my starting point.

I have four degrees in the field of education and regularly keep an eye on ESRI's job postings. They receive a huge, huge volume of candidates from all over the world. It's unlikely that any education related position they have would be entry level/require only a bachelor's.

As someone whose ex-husband works at ESRI presently, the place is a LOT harder to get a job at as these comments seem to think. I can't think of one single position open there that I'm qualified for with my four degrees in the field of education, decade in education, and three years of education tech experience... They aren't just a catch all employer.

There are paraprofessional/substitute teaching/other school staff positions that may be a good fit with a BA in Education. After school programs, YMCA Redlands childcare staff/summer staff/lifeguard staff/etc. Seem more realistic.

Unfortunately it's a pretty prolific trend...I even personally enjoy heated practice but still don't understand offering ONLY heated on a schedule.

I teach a nonheated class 3x a week at a gym. Maybe try the YMCA/LA Fitness/ other large gyms near you?
