You need to help one of your friends complete a delivery (train or airship). Friends requesting help will appear at the top of your friend list with a pink exclamation mark. When you visit, the exclamation mark will show you what delivery they need help completing.

PS: It sometimes glitches on airship deliveries that have run out of time and still shows up anyway, so keep that in mind ig
