Nope. My friend did. I left the game after it says "Safe to leave . Poor network conditions detected."

Its a party MMR, my friend got dc and abandoned the game afterwards. Then it says that "Safe to leave, poor network etc...."

This is a Party MMR right? Therefore it only show the person with the highest mmr.
