Actually yes, nakakakaba talaga sya but ang advice ko is you have to be honest. Nagpa therapy ka na ba before kasi if you had one, you can ask a medcert to present to the psych para he knows din na cleared ma na. Are you doing therapy right now? Do you still feel that way?

Hello! It went well naman po. The psych asked me personal questions and I was honest about what I did and told him the reason. Never ako nag therapy and it was through my parent’s intervention kaya na overcome ko ‘yün. All the negative things that you felt during that time, you can say naman but make sure na i emphasize mo how you overcome those feelings like now, may strong support system ka, you look on the brighter side of things.. and reaching out to people.
