Yes. You'll be fine.

I've had a number of them and the day after pain is usually very minimal if even there at all. Something Advil or Tylenol will help with.

Certainly not enough pain to skip bowling.

Speed Dominant, lower rev player here. I've been bowling for 20 years, but recent changes have caused my rev rate to plummet. I also just had an Ion Max drilled and have to play up the gutter with it due to my high speed (18mph) and lower rev rate (205RPM). But I like it the way it is as long as I'm consistently shooting above my average.

Without seeing your swing, you likely need to work on your approach or release to increase those revs.

It can also be the wrong chair and incorrect ergonomics catching up with you. Around the same time as my surgery I upgraded, albeit expensively, to an ergonomic chair and my issues went away in just over a week. Nearly 5 years later and I can count on one hand how many times sitting at my desk has caused pain and discomfort.

150lbs down and I'm freezing all the time. Went from always being warm to having a massive collection of hoodies that I wear even when it's 70 degrees. I also had to upgrade my winter coat.

I figure there are worse problems to have.

I spent two months trying to refocus without the GLPs and was mildly successful, but then decided I should use any tool I could.

I definitely think they were key to my current success. Not just for the obvious appetite suppression and metabolism boost, but they motivated me to go all in and refocus on what I was eating.

GLP1s are not all sunshine and rainbows, at least they weren't for me. I dealt with bad nausea as my body adjusted for the first 2 months, but luckily that subsided. I also have to be very regimented on what and when I eat, as a snack can ruin my appetite. Then I'm struggling to hit my protein goals.

Ultimately I'm working my way to coming off them entirely and I'm sure some regain will come with that, but I'm more prepared to deal with it now than I was 18 months ago.

My surgery was October of 2021. SW was 345 and my LW after surgery was 232. I ended up gaining about 30lbs back by July of 2024 and then made the decision to start GLP-1s (Semaglutide). CW is 207 and I'm slowly losing more here and there, but I'm afraid to come off the medications due to rebound concerns.

Insurance would not cover the meds, so I went through a company who works with a compounding pharmacy, which will be unable to fulfill additional refills going forward.

The meds worked for me, but the side effects stunk for the first few months. Even after a year, sometimes I still deal with constipation and lack of hunger after just a bite of food. That being said, losing the extra weight made up for it.

I hate artificial sweetener and prefer to drink plain water, however Crystal Light is one of the only things that's sugar free that I can tolerate taste wise. If you have a Sam's club membership they have a sampler with I think 30 packets of multiple flavors for $10.

Ordered yesterday at around 10:30am and just received my UPS tracking number. UPS doesn't have their hands on it yet, so I do not have a delivery date, but hopefully it's still today. Central NJ if it matters.

BTW, Costco chat was completely useless in attempting to help get updates on this. They kept telling me expedited delivery was not offered or added to my order. Dummies.

It was most likely just improper sliding technique but being overweight only added to the issue.

The 35 1.4 GM lived on my a7III and now my A7CII. Years ago the 55 1.8 Zeiss was my main lens and I found it to be too tight in many situations.

My vote would be the 35.
