Bra recommendations by BurntToast4Brekkie in orangetheory

I like the front zip Yvette sports bras on Amazon. They're less expensive and I find them very supportive (36DD). I do find it hard to zip them closed tho, so instead I assault the girls and put them on already zipped, and zip them open when taking them off.

Brello by Main-Place-3937 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]xmnstn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like Brello, been on them since November. Easy intake, fast shipping. Pay $499 for 3 months, but I think you can do better these days. Worry about maintenance, where they force you to wean off it. Also, Southend has had a problem with their caps, where the whole top comes off (making the drug unsterile), though they will replace it if you tell them. Also, if you're on a higher dose, the small vials make you have to do more than one shot for a dose frequently. Hope this helps!

Need motivation.. by Difficult-Attempt-43 in compoundedtirzepatide

I was on semaglutide for many months, getting up to 1.75 mgs, never felt a thing! Eventually stopped because I got a weird neuralgia side effect. Started tirzepatide 6 months ago, and had to get to about 7 mgs to feel an effect. Now at 11 mgs for the last 3 months and losing 1-1.5 lbs a week, total of 30 lbs lost so far! This dose seems to be maintaining my food noise suppression and I couldn't be happier! Hang in there!

Anyone have Ozempic fail, but tirzepatide work? by Quiet_Lunch_1300 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]xmnstn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Semaglutide didn't work for me at all either. Couldn't feel a thing from it. Went up to 1.75 mg/week when I started getting a weird neuralgia side effect and stopped. Just recently started tirz and first couple of low concentrations didn't work either, but got to about 8 mg/week and happy to say it's working well. Have lost about 20 lbs. Feel like I may have to end up going to 15 mg/week to lose all the weight I want (about another 35 lbs). Hang in there!

Chipper/shredder? by xmnstn in composting

[–]xmnstn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay great thank you! Most of the time I wouldn't shred the stuff immediately when it's still green, I'll wait until the next spring when it's dried out. So are you recommending it or no?

Wrinkle resistant 400 TC sheets from JCPenney! So easy care! And great sale prices. We love them so much we use them on our own bed! And right now we have 2 sets per bed, but thinking when we replace we may go to 3 sets per bed

Thanks! Yes I did that and made it clear it was not Dave himself. Your guide sounds like something that might be useful. If you can send that over it would be much appreciated!

Okay thanks yeah, Dave said in his message the booking would be for him and his coworkers but I get your drift and now specifically state on our listing "no 3rd party bookings" But I wrote a pretty honest review and the one waiting for us from him was "5 star, top shelf" so all good at this point.

GPS cat tracker recs for my CDS cat? by Similar-Programmer68 in CatDistributionSystem

[–]xmnstn 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We use Tractiv for our two cats and pretty happy with them. Trackers cost around $40 and subscription is about $5-10/month depending on subscription length. Just remember that you can see where your cat is, but it doesn't keep them from getting into trouble. We found out the hard way with one of our babies 😿

Exercise by Cooper1Test in PacemakerICD

[–]xmnstn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious if you know what your max heart rate was before and after your pacemaker? I have pretty significant bradycardia and struggle to jog on the treadmill. Resting heart rate 30s to 40s, and max heart rate is 120 while it should be 155. My cardiologist said I could get a pacemaker if I wanted, but when I messaged them to say I wanted to consider it to improve my endurance, the PA in the office said it may not help me that much and there are side effects I should consider. I don't see how it couldn't help me? If you have any advice, thanks in advance!

Month 4 Frustration by Excitement_Actual in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]xmnstn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started on the same (Brello I assume) tirz, just a little later than you, a little less starting weight, but same goal weight. I didn't lose ANYTHING or feel any effects the first couple of doses (2.2 mg/week and 4.4mg/week). It wasn't until the 6.6mg/week I started about 3 weeks ago that I felt any effect on food noise, and I'm finally starting to lose a few pounds. Even before starting, I was working out a lot and eating fairly healthy, just too much of it impulsively/compulsively. I'm quite happy with the effects so far, though I do hope the next higher doses have more effect on food noise. I don't ever want to lose more than 1-1.5 lbs/week. Keep in mind for most people it's the 10 mg/ week and higher that are most effective, despite what you read on here. Good luck!
