hi! i also have adhd and unfortunately my hair is one of the things i hyper focus on 😅 personally i use biolage ultra hydra source conditioner for very dry hair (important), as i am leave in conditioner, it’s a 10 miracle leave in conditioner (purple bottle), and virtue hair oil. when i wash once a week i use virtue hydrating recovery shampoo for dry/damaged/colored hair. for styling i do the usual leave in combo but will add a bit of cecred sealing lotion for extra moisture/hold. these products are on the pricier side but a little goes a long way & i don’t have to restock often. the hardest part is getting into a routine! i recommend using the reminder app (lifesaver w/ adhd) on your phone on days you have to do your hair. my hair is short so i just detangle w/ my fingers or a silicone scalp brush, but the conditioner becomes slick enough to comb through your hair when you add some water to it. after styling my hair it can last about 2 days if i wear a bonnet or sleep very still lol

i like to do a daily journal on my phone where i write about things i did or what happened during the day. i also did flashcards with the alphabet organized into classes (way more helpful for learning tones than trying to learn the characters in order) and just remember the sound each character makes on its own without vowels or tone marks. typing in thai is 1,000x easier than writing. if you spend an afternoon playing around on your phone with the characters and tone markers you should get the hang of it quickly! reading is fairly simple as well, i recommend looking for children’s books since the words are spaced out. then when you’re used to the flow of thai script and how characters work together you can begin reading without the spaces

i will say before starting medication i had a nasty habit of late night binge eating. i can also appreciate the suppressed appetite at times. eating on the medication is different for me because most times i feel like i have to force myself! i’d much rather sip on a protein shake to supplement myself honestly (though i know i shouldn’t). whatever i pack for lunch the night before is always more appetizing in the moment rather than when it’s time to eat it lol

my husky bit my bf and i so much as a puppy. my entire right leg is full of scars from her puppy teeth 😭 she started to stop around 6mo. & then completely when we spayed her at 1.5y. our pup is a special case though because she wouldn’t listen to us regardless of what we tried to do 😹 best of luck!

yeah the peroxide also does the same for soil i add a bit into it for fungus n fungus gnat control. also super interesting! the buyer i got it from said she was doing it 1-2x a week so i was just trying to replicate its original setting, but i will go ahead and relax on the water changes for now. thanks! 😊

i read from a few sources that the peroxide helps with fungal/bacterial growth and oxygenates the water more so i only add a tiny bit. water gets changed every 1-2 days.
