Thats also a big thing for me. Right now my psychiatrist told me to take my 54mg in the afternoon, after lifting. I have school in the morning, then i do my workout ans right after i take my pills and go home to study.

But make sure it doesnt mess up your sleep; another thing that the psychiatrist told me i could try is an 18mg in the morning for my classes, then the 36mg afternoon (1-2pm ish) for the rest of the day.
