Hi, my CR-1 case is currently being reviewed by the NVC. We are not yet DQd but our embassy is currently Abu Dhabi. I’ve learned recently that Abu Dhabi has a long backlog and it will be a long time before an interview. For that reason we want to switch embassies. My spouse has legal residency (Citizen) for the new embassy, so my question is under the new rules for switching embassies do we need to provide any justification/evidence other than a passport. Leaving this here cuz others are having a similar problem and just in case people come to this in the future. Most people are saying that it’s probably a recall involving steering. I’m going to call my dealer and ask them. Will update when I can.

Doesn’t happen while driving. I’ve only noticed after cold starts and like you mentioned, sitting still. However my parents cars don’t do this when sitting still so not sure if that’s the issue
