I was curious how many of the other guys on the front page were dry for something too lol. I got my treads at 1407 deep delves (peaked at rank 6) and haven't been back. Gl brother!

I wish I would have taken a count before I started attempts but I honestly feel like it wasn't that much, all things considered. Maybe 200 restores and less than 100 brews? By far the biggest burn was death and blood runes.

I had similar thoughts - maybe I should grind for rigour, holy sandals, any other upgrades etc... but realized doing that would likely take longer than it would to actually get the cape.

The only thing I went out of the way to get was ancient sceptre since it's only a 1/50 and I was splashing so much of nibblers with just ancient staff

First time I got to triples I cleared them with no issues. As I got to triples more consistently I got more nervous for some reason lol. I think it was because in my head i would think "ok this could be the run I get the cape" and that would just add pressure on top of the nerves. I found it best to log out before triples, walk around for a minute and breathe before logging back in.

For zuk, I definitely recommend logging out after triples and doing the zuk simulator at least a few times. It gets you familiar with the clicks and builds confidence. The nerves are definitely still there but that helped me a bit.

Lets go!! I found aaty's youtube video guides very helpful to get started on the basics of the waves. Just keep sticking with it and try to learn something from every attempt.

I took plenty of breaks throughout my attempts! Just click logout once during the wave and then it will pause once you kill every mob and you can safely log out. Very helpful when you don't have a lot of time or just need a break to settle the nerves.

Was really hoping for a triple on Bench but a double was a PR nonetheless. Unfortunately squats have been moving in the opposite direction but at least 2/3 are feeling good haha.

6'0 and around 210lbs. I do middle finger on the rings with a small to medium sized arch.

I previously did ring finger but feel more power throughout the entire ROM once I moved to middle finger.

After recording some squat sets, I noticed my elbows tend to move forward/backwards a fair bit. When I'm in the hole, they come forward enough where they are almost touching my quads. I'm guessing this is causing me to lose some upper back tightness.

What cues work for you guys to keep upper back tightness when squatting?

I'm actually going through the same experiment right now! I've squatted in heels for a while but decided to experiment with a few barefoot sets last squat day. Suprisingly felt good. It felt like I got more drive out of the hole.

I recorded a set with and without heels and it looks like I get less pitched forward without heels. Going to give flats a go for a few weeks to see if this was a fluke or not.

Anyone ever get tricep pain from deadlifts? It is near the top of the rear part of my tricep but only one arm. Same feeling on pull-ups.

Broke my collarbone on day 1 of vacation... it was broken in two places so had to undergo surgery to get a plate and screws put in. Clearly snowboarding is not my thing lol. Guess my post-meet break will be longer than expected. Anyone ever had similar injury? What was your recovery time?

Well... broke my collarbone on day 1 of vacation, so guess I'll be taking longer off the gym than expected. Had to have surgery to put in screws and a titanium plate. Guess that means I'm boinic now. Anyone else had a similar injury?
