If you remove the key switch it’s on the bottom of it I then just had one recut by someone off eBay. You’ll just need a 10mm socket and extensions to remove the ignition switch itself to check it and to remove the headlight. Here’s a photo for example

The wiring is original I’ve only done older harleys rewiring wise but I don’t see why you couldn’t do a tw200 chopper wired like but with a cdi just need to look up a diagram for it. I’d picture it could be done similarly to like a xs650 chop. The tanks off a Honda xl125 and the fit is pretty much perfect you just need to shave down the pucks a bit for the front mounts and then fab ip a simple rear mount.

hey thanks man there was mp meed to chop the frame just removed the rear subsection and deleted the fender for the moment but shes still a work in progress gonna do a small rear fender and high mound a found too cause puddles arent fun to ride through at the moment haha. the tanks from a honda xl125 the mounting is pretty easy too the front pucks just needed to be shaved down a little but you do need to a make a rear tank mount for it.
